SpoilControl Doctoral Candidates at International Conferences

Over the past few weeks, several members of the SpoilControl consortium have participated in major international scientific conferences, presenting their research and promoting the project's objectives.

Earlier in June, Saverio Castelli attended Cortona Prokaryotes 2026 (17–19 June), where he presented a poster showcasing the first results of his PhD research carried out at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

During the joint IVAS–WAC Conference in Dijon, Jorge Chavarría Rodríguez joined researchers from around the world to discuss the latest advances in wine analytical sciences and bioactive compounds.

At the 15th Levures, Modèles et Outils (LMO15) conference in Montpellier, Athanasios Skampardonis, Charlotte Duret-Font, and Warren Albertin presented a poster introducing the SpoilControl project, highlighting its objectives and ongoing research on beverage spoilage.
